Fit & Construction

  • Oversized, boxy body — very baggy through torso
  • Extra-baggy, voluminous drop-shoulder sleeves — noticeably roomier than a standard sleeve
  • Cropped length — hem sits right at the natural waist
  • Suggested fabric: 240–280gsm heavyweight combed ring-spun cotton jersey, compacted & sanforized (pre-shrunk, <1% residual) for structured drape that holds after wash

Print Placement

  • Front, center chest: micro location-pin mark (a nod to "sweet spot" as a place worth finding), small scale, screen print
  • Front, seam detail: faint orange tonal line from center chest under each armpit to the sleeve edge, plus faint orange line at the bottom hem and at each sleeve cuff
  • Back, full graphic: loose, freeform retro tropical surf-poster illustration (no circle/badge framing) — a toucan character in sunglasses holding a dripping ice cream cone, with a palm leaf, sun, and light wave accents around him — small, clean "Sweet Spot" wordmark centered directly beneath. Moderate-size print, tasteful faded vintage finish (not overly washed out), with matching faint orange seam lines carried onto the back (underarm-to-sleeve, hem, cuffs)

Fit & Construction

  • Same block silhouette as Style 01 — oversized, boxy, dropped shoulder, long sleeve
  • Extra-baggy, voluminous drop-shoulder sleeves, same as Style 01 — noticeably roomier than a standard sleeve
  • Cropped length — hem sits right at the natural waist
  • Suggested fabric: fine, lightweight combed ring-spun cotton jersey, compacted & sanforized (pre-shrunk, <1% residual) — thin and breathable, true tee weight, not sweater/fleece

Print Placement

  • Front, center chest: bold modern geometric-sans "Sweet Spot" wordmark in purple, with "DAILY VIBE INVENTORY" in small letter-spaced caps beneath it, and a tiny faint circular mark below that — very small, quiet scale, rendered as a faded, sun-bleached vintage screen print
  • Seam detail (front & back): purple line trims the neck/collar, wraps each sleeve cuff, wraps the bottom hem, and runs down from each shoulder seam — clearly visible, slightly worn/faded finish rather than flat solid dark
  • Back, between shoulder blades: extremely small purple palm tree icon — understated, rest of the back left plain

  • Boxy oversized sleeveless muscle tee — sized/cut like the West Coast Chopper Vintage Oversized Muscle Tee
  • Boxier, lower shoulder cut — fabric overhangs further down the upper arm before the wide raw-cut armhole begins, still sleeveless with sides of torso exposed
  • Crew neckline, relaxed boxy body
  • Hem falls at hip length (standard oversized muscle-tee length, not cropped)
  • Garment-washed, sun-faded black (grayed, not solid black), smooth and clean — no tears or distressing
  • Suggested fabric: 240–280gsm heavyweight combed ring-spun cotton jersey, compacted & sanforized greige goods, garment-washed with a controlled low-shrink enzyme/silicone wash after cut-and-sew (locks the boxy block in place — no further shrinkage after the customer's first home wash)

Print Placement

  • Front, center chest: "sweet" spelled with each letter stacked on its own line, in refined lime green lettering — printed at an extremely tiny, discreet scale (smaller than a travel toothbrush)
  • Back, full graphic: playful pin-up style woman, arm stretched up and resting onto her own left shoulder, holding a dripping ice cream cone — drips pooling on the ground to spell "Sweet Spot," surrounded by small heart-eyed guy characters, some bent down trying to lick the lettering — rendered in lime green and black, slightly faded to match the garment wash

Production Notes

Applies to all styles

Fabric & Care

  • Body: 100% combed, ring-spun, compacted & sanforized cotton jersey (weight per style, see individual spec pages) — sanforization mechanically pre-shrinks the greige fabric before cutting, holding residual shrinkage to under 1% per wash cycle (vs. 3–5% on standard, non-sanforized cotton)
  • Require mill certification / AATCC 135 (or ISO 6330) wash-shrinkage test results at <1% before bulk cutting — do not accept fabric without a sanforized finish, since the boxy/oversized/cropped blocks in this capsule depend on the pattern measurements holding after the customer's first wash
  • Style 03 (muscle tee): garment-dyed/washed for vintage faded hand-feel — specify that the greige goods are sanforized before cut-and-sew, and that the garment wash is a controlled, low-shrink enzyme/silicone wash (not a raw unstabilized wash) so the faded look doesn't cost additional shrinkage on top of the pre-shrink
  • Care label: machine wash cold, inside out; tumble dry low (or hang dry for best longevity); do not bleach; warm iron on reverse if needed over printed areas

Decoration Method

  • All graphics: screen print (water-based/discharge ink recommended for the faded-vintage styles to keep hand-feel soft)
  • Fine seam-line details (Styles 01 & 02): thin-line screen print, single pass
  • Confirm max print head size with vendor for Style 01 & 03 back placements

Labeling

  • Main brand label: center back neck, woven or printed
  • Care/content/size label: left inside side seam, printed tag preferred for a clean vintage feel
  • No visible external branding beyond the front/back prints specified per style

Size Range & Grading

  • Proposed run: S – XXL, unisex/oversized block (true to the exaggerated boxy fit shown)
  • Grade rule: +2" chest / +0.5" length per size, standard oversized streetwear grading — confirm against house block
  • Sample size shown throughout this pack: size L on 5'10"–6'1" fit model
