Fit & Construction
- Chest/body: true to size — a customer ordering their normal size (S/M/L/etc.) should get a true fit through the chest and torso, comparable to a standard relaxed tee in that size, not an oversized/exaggerated body
- Length: barely cropped, not a long tee — hem sits right at the natural waist. This is a subtle crop only, not an aggressive mini crop: body length should read close to a standard tee, shortened just enough to land at the waist rather than several inches above it, per the reference photos
- Fit goes boxier and progressively roomier as it goes up from the true-to-size chest: dropped shoulder seam, baggiest through the sleeves — the drop-shoulder/sleeve volume is the roomiest part of the garment, visibly wider than the body directly below it, per the reference photos
- Extra-baggy, voluminous drop-shoulder sleeves — noticeably roomier than a standard sleeve; sleeve width should visibly exceed body width per the reference photos
- Fabric: 100% combed, ring-spun cotton, 30s single-jersey knit, 240gsm (exact weight, not a range) — durable and structured without being too heavy or hot for warm-weather wear; compacted & sanforized greige goods (pre-shrunk, <1% residual shrinkage per AATCC 135) for a drape that holds its oversized shape after wash
Print Placement
- Front, center chest: bold modern geometric-sans "Sweet Spot" wordmark in purple, with "DAILY VIBE INVENTORY" in small letter-spaced caps beneath it, and a tiny faint circular mark below that — very small, quiet scale; faded, sun-bleached vintage look is baked into the artwork's own muted color values (see Decoration Method for DTF print spec)
- Seam detail (front & back): subtle tonal top-stitching in purple thread — trims the neck/collar, wraps each sleeve cuff, wraps the bottom hem, and runs down from each shoulder seam. Included in base construction, not a separate print
- Back, between shoulder blades: extremely small purple palm tree icon with a tiny minimalistic stick-figure character in sunglasses sitting on the ground, back resting against the trunk — both elements sized to fit within the original solo palm-tree footprint, understated, rest of the back left plain

- Chest/body, fit taper & sleeve construction: same as Style 01 — true to size through the chest/body, boxier and progressively roomier toward the shoulders, dropped shoulder, long sleeve; extra-baggy, voluminous drop-shoulder sleeves noticeably roomier than a standard sleeve
- Length: same as Style 01 — barely cropped, not a long tee, hem sits right at the natural waist per the reference photos
- Fabric: same as Style 01 — 100% combed, ring-spun cotton, 30s single-jersey knit, 240gsm (exact weight, not a range), compacted & sanforized greige goods (pre-shrunk, <1% residual shrinkage per AATCC 135) for a drape that holds its oversized shape after wash
Print Placement
- Front, center chest: single abstracted minimalist pin mark — a fine slanted, tapered orange line rising to a small orange ball with a tiny integrated base dot at its tip (reads as a location marker) — with a tiny "sweet." wordmark centered beneath it, both rendered in the same orange as the seam lines, printed at an extremely tiny, minimalistic scale; faint vintage finish is baked into the artwork's own muted orange value (see Decoration Method for DTF print spec)
- Front, seam detail: subtle tonal top-stitching in orange thread — from center chest under each armpit to the sleeve edge, plus at the bottom hem and at each sleeve cuff. Included in base construction, not a separate print
- Back, upper shoulder blades: small, compact retro tropical illustration — a toucan character in sunglasses with a melting ice cream cone dripping down and pooling near/onto the "sweet spot" wordmark beneath it, plus a palm leaf, sun, and light wave accents. Rendered in strictly three colors only — the shirt's own blue, orange, and black (no other colors) — small scale sitting high on the back, rest of the back left plain, with matching orange tonal top-stitching carried onto the back (underarm-to-sleeve, hem, cuffs)

- Boxier, lower shoulder cut — fabric overhangs further down the upper arm before the wide raw-cut armhole begins, still sleeveless with sides of torso exposed
- Crew neckline, relaxed boxy body
- Length: barely cropped, same waist-level logic as Styles 01/02 — hem sits right at the natural waist, not a standard hip-length muscle tee
- Garment-washed, sun-faded black (grayed, not solid black), smooth and clean — no tears or distressing
- Fabric: 100% combed, ring-spun cotton, 30s single-jersey knit, 240gsm (exact weight, not a range) — durable and structured without being too heavy or hot for warm-weather wear; compacted & sanforized greige goods, garment-washed with a controlled low-shrink enzyme/silicone wash after cut-and-sew (locks the boxy block in place — no further shrinkage after the customer's first home wash)
Print Placement
- Front, center chest: "sweet" spelled with each letter stacked on its own line, in refined lime green lettering — printed at an extremely tiny, discreet scale (smaller than a travel toothbrush)
- Back, full graphic: playful pin-up style woman, arm stretched up and resting onto her own left shoulder, holding a dripping ice cream cone — drips pooling on the ground to spell "Sweet Spot," surrounded by small heart-eyed guy characters, some bent down trying to lick the lettering — rendered in lime green and black, slightly faded to match the garment wash

Graphics & Placement
- Front, center crown: "Sweet" wordmark in white — relaxed, brand-quality script (surf-influenced but polished), small scale, embroidered directly onto the panel
- Front, below wordmark: single tiny white dot, centered directly beneath "Sweet" — very small scale, embroidered in the same white thread as the wordmark
- Left side panel: small navy pointing-hand icon (original line-art design), embroidered directly onto the panel, sized and placed in the small side-flag-logo zone
- Right side panel (opposite side, same height as the hand icon): circular emblem — manufactured as a separate sewn-on patch, not direct embroidery. Patch construction, outside to inside: navy outline border, a thin gap of white space, a thin bright pink stitched ring, white patch base, and a small navy palm tree stitched/appliquéd at the center
- No other logos, text, or branding anywhere on the hat

Tees (Styles 01–03) & Hat — see each block for which applies
Fabric & Care — Tees (Styles 01–03)
- Body (all 3 tee styles, one unified fabric spec): 100% combed, ring-spun cotton, 30s single-jersey knit, 240gsm (exact weight — not a gsm range) — the goal is comfortable and durable without being too heavy or hot for warm-weather wear; compacted & sanforized greige goods (pre-shrunk, <1% residual shrinkage per wash cycle per AATCC 135, vs. 3–5% on standard non-sanforized cotton) so the true-to-size chest/body and boxy/cropped block measurements hold after the customer's first wash
- Quality/hand-feel benchmark: we don't have a mill or swatch card pre-selected (see sourcing note below), but for reference, 240gsm sits in the "structured, not too heavy" zone between lighter premium streetwear blanks like AS Colour's Heavy Tee and Los Angeles Apparel's Garment Dye tee (roughly 200–220gsm) and heavier premium blanks like Kith-style tees (roughly 240–260gsm). We're targeting that heavier end of the range — a substantial, structured hand-feel, not a light fashion-weight tee. These are quality-tier reference points only, not exact GSM matches or an instruction to use those specific mills
- Require mill certification / AATCC 135 (or ISO 6330) wash-shrinkage test results at <1% before bulk cutting — do not accept fabric without a sanforized finish
- Style 03 (muscle tee): garment-dyed/washed on top of the base spec for vintage faded hand-feel — sanforized before cut-and-sew, with a controlled low-shrink enzyme/silicone garment wash (not a raw unstabilized wash) so the faded look doesn't add shrinkage on top of the pre-shrink
- Fabric sourcing: Sweet Spot has not pre-selected a mill or fabric card at this stage — manufacturer is asked to source a suitable fabric matching the composition, weight, and finish specified above. The garment photos throughout this pack, plus this written composition/GSM/finish spec, stand in for a physical swatch card; once the manufacturer proposes fabric options, Sweet Spot will confirm hand-feel and shrinkage test results before bulk cutting
- Care label: machine wash cold, inside out; tumble dry low (or hang dry for best longevity); do not bleach; warm iron on reverse if needed over printed areas
Fabric & Structure — Hat
- Different base material from the tees — not the 240gsm jersey knit above. Structured cap shell in a teal/aqua fabric, exact composition/weight to be sourced and confirmed with the manufacturer (no mill pre-selected, same as tees)
- A-frame snapback profile: boxy, structured, pinched high-profile crown with a curved brim/bill and an adjustable snapback strap closure on the back panel
- Matte fabric finish throughout — no glossy/sheen finish on the shell or the patch
- One size, adjustable — not part of the S–XXL tee grading (see Size Range & Grading)
Decoration Method — Tees (Styles 01–03)
- All graphics (front marks and back graphics, all 3 tee styles): DTF (direct-to-film) print, not screen print — chosen to avoid screen print's per-color setup minimums at our run size
- Film & ink spec: matte/soft-hand DTF film (not gloss), applied with lean/light ink coverage rather than a thick, heavy laydown — this is how we get the hand-feel as close as possible to a soft, worn-in print rather than a raised plastic-y DTF finish. The faded, sun-bleached vintage look itself is built into the artwork's own muted color values (not achieved through the print method), since DTF reproduces whatever color is in the file rather than fading/bleaching on its own the way discharge screen print ink does
- Style 03 — please confirm with us: Style 03 is garment-washed (controlled low-shrink enzyme/silicone wash) after cut-and-sew — please confirm DTF adhesion is compatible with that wash step, and advise whether you recommend printing before or after the garment wash for best adhesion and hand-feel. Flag if this changes the matte-film/lean-ink approach above
- Seam-line color details (Styles 01 & 02): subtle tonal top-stitching — purple thread on Style 01, orange thread on Style 02 — in the placements specified on the style pages. This is included in base construction pricing, not a separate print or add-on
- Confirm max print/film size with vendor for Style 02 & 03 back placements
Decoration Method — Hat
- No DTF or screen print used on the hat — decoration is entirely embroidery and a separate sewn-on patch, not print
- Direct embroidery: the front "Sweet" wordmark and the small side pointing-hand icon are embroidered straight onto the panel fabric
- Sewn-on patch (opposite side panel): the circular palm tree emblem is manufactured as its own patch and sewn onto the panel — not embroidered directly into the hat fabric. Patch construction, outside to inside: navy outline border, thin white gap, thin bright pink stitched ring, white patch base, small navy palm tree stitched/appliquéd at center. Matte thread finish throughout, no gloss
- Confirm embroidery digitizing and patch sampling with the manufacturer before bulk production; see Accessory page for full placement detail
Labeling
- Main brand label: center back neck, woven or printed (tees)
- Care/content/size label: left inside side seam, printed tag preferred for a clean vintage feel (tees)
- No visible external branding beyond the front/back prints specified per style (tees)
- Hat: no separate main label required — sizing/fit is handled by the adjustable snapback strap; confirm with manufacturer whether an interior care/content tag is needed
Size Range & Grading
- Tees (Styles 01–03): proposed run S – XXL, unisex block — true to size through the chest/body, oversized/boxy through the shoulders and sleeves (or armhole on Style 03)
- Grade rule: +2" chest per size (standard true-to-size tee grading), +1" body length and +1" shoulder per size across all 3 styles — see Size Chart for full breakdown, confirm against house block
- Sample size shown throughout this pack: size L on 5'10"–6'1" fit model
- Hat: one size, adjustable snapback — no size run/grading applies

Proposed Grading — S to XXL
All measurements in inches, with centimeters in parentheses. Body length is measured from high point shoulder (HPS) to hem; chest width is measured pit-to-pit, garment laid flat (multiply by 2 for full circumference). Sample size shown throughout this pack is size L on a 5'10"–6'1" fit model.
Fit philosophy — read before grading: the chest/body measurements below are cut true to size (in line with a standard relaxed unisex tee at that size) — a customer ordering their normal size should get a true fit through the torso, not an oversized one. The oversized/boxy look comes entirely from the block above and around the body: a dropped shoulder seam and extra-voluminous sleeve on Styles 01/02 (baggier than a standard sleeve, sized well beyond the chest width directly below it), and a boxier lower shoulder/wide raw-cut armhole on Style 03. Body length is trimmed shorter than a standard tee so the hem sits right at the natural waist rather than several inches below it. These values are directional and must be confirmed against an approved fit sample before grading into bulk production.
